Sabrina has given us a challenge today that's right up my alley--handwriting. I enjoy practicing my handwriting. I wrote the sentiment using my ExactlyWrite Address guide template and my Tombow dual brush markers.
This is another special order from my husband's aunt for her grandson the Marine. She wanted a card with a soldier standing in front of a tank. I found these two images in online free coloring pages and printed them out and colored. I mounted the tank on some DP that has combat boots printed on it. I thought it was pretty cool even though you can't tell. Then I fussy cut the Marine and mounted him on 3D foam squares and also mounted a banner in front of him with my handwritten sentiment. I hope he likes it, I based the colors on his photos on his facebook page to make sure it really looked authentic.

I'm glad the challenge is a fun one for you! I shy away from using my own writing on cards, and wish I had the skill to create a sentiment like this. You created two such different sentiments - the other one is so on-trend with cards I see in shops at the moment, and this one is all-masculine with the straight lines and shading. It looks like the perfect card for your aunt's commission.
