This is my second one for the Technique Challenge to use ink directly on the paper. The Petal Point inks have removable mini pads in a petal shape. Using the Earth Element colors in the set, I placed the individual pad on the paper and give it a little twist back & forth. When I was done, I looked at it and thought “giraffe”. I used chalk and dye ink to color image and chalk ink on edges. Computer printed sentiment. Fun to make. TFL

Diane, I just love your background and your sweet giraffe! You've inspired me to get out my Petal Point inks and see what I can make for a background.

Wow, your DTP background is fabulous, I can totally see why you thought of a giraffe when you were done. The warm earth-tones are perfect... and reminded me of the red dust in DH's clothes when he returned from a trip to Mozambique.
