| | I made this Valentine card under duress (sigh). My friend called me out of the blue and asked to go to lunch. I just knew she would have a Valentine card for me (and she did) so that meant I had barely 30 minutes to whip out a Valentine card- Lord! She loves pink and sparkle so I embossed the polka dots using ink with a finger dauber and a stencil. I cut out the hearts from sparkly glitter cardstock, and slapped them on the front. I was feeling like I had made the lamest card ever for a good friend; however, she was thrilled with the card. It was not until she set this card on her counter that I got a more objective look at the card and realized it was ok - whew! |
