I'm sorry but I didn't take the sketch down with me this morning and remembered 5 circles instead of 4 in the sketch. I punched snowflakes from glossy white paper and laid the larger ones onto my white paper for masks. I sprayed with the 3 sprays....which you could see the shimmer! I removed the masks and added the tiny snowflakes into the centers. I put this into my MISTI to stamp the sentiment and I'm glad I did because my ink was quite faint the first stamping. This is 3 layers of sentiment stamping! Last step was to add the rhinestones to the centers.

Gorgeous. The background is beautiful and a lovely color. Love the snowflakes. Snow pretty. The rhinestones are a nice touch. The sentiment is nicely done. Great card. TFS
