I made this card for my uncle who recently had a triple heart bypass. He is the most amazing, funny, loveable man and we're all so lucky to still have him here with us. I put a lot of love into this card, fussy cutting all of the flowers (the berries on their tiny stems were the worst! lol). Anybody who knows me knows that fussy cutting is not my strong suit! But I think it turned out alright in the end.

Wow! Welcome to SCS, and congratulations on your first upload...and what a stunningly beautiful card it is! I love the beautiful layout with the oval and wonderful sponging. And what a lovely sentiment. Your coloring and amazing fussy cutting make this truly a treasure and a delight for my eyes! I actually love the fussy cut, but I know many people don't. But your work was well worth it! It's gorgeous!
I know you'll find lots of inspiration and encouragement here at SCS, and perhaps you might consider joining a challenge found on the Home Page. Looking forward to seeing more of your beautiful work! Hugs!

Great fussy cutting - those berries look super to me. I hope your uncle makes a great recovery and gets back to being able to enjoy life again soon. I'm sure he'll really appreciate this.
