Gosh this challenge was difficult for me to do as a novice stamper. I had no problems choosing the stamp or sentiment but after 4 attempts trying to make this card a little different, I finally ended up with this one. I initially tried stamping the sentiment in rows in black with a different colour on one of the sentiments. I then tried stamping the sentiment just as a border around the card. Unfortunately neither process didn't work so I gave up. I'm not one to have CAS cards as I feel I need to fill up as much space as possible....must be the scrapbooker in me ) but I think I managed to succeed in meeting the challenge rules. I then decided to try and make a 2nd card...I was on a roll. Thank you for taking time to look at the cards I made. I love these challenges.

Well, for a first timer you knocked it out of the park ... awesome job. Your placement is perfect, you used the uneven number on the card giving it this great look. Well done. I hope you will join in with more of the challenges.

CAS in no way equates with either quick or easy ( which in my head I LOT "queasy", LOL), so I'm not surprised you say this took time. It was worth it, though...black, white and red always look great and the clean design gives this a great formal look. Personally I just let CAS happen when it happens!
