Card for a co-worker's retirement--the inside continues the "chickens" theme! :-)
I sponged More Mustard on the edges of all the cardstock panels, & also on the card edges.
I used a pre-made patterned square card (don't remember the maker) for the base. Stamped the Chick & Chicklettes on a Very Vanilla panel, then stamped two extra Chicklettes to fill the panel. I then stamped the Chick & Chicklettes, with the extras, on a scrap of Crushed Curry, & cut out their little bodies. Ran them thru the Xyron & placed them over the stamped images. I colored their beaks with an orange color pencil, & filled them in with Glossy Accents (you can't really see that in the photo...). I added 3 pieces of Washi Tape & sponged over that with More Mustard.
Ran a piece of Crushed Curry thru the Cuttlebug in the Honeycomb EF. Layered the honeycomb along the bottom & the chickens panel above, so the top part of the card shows. I made a banner out of Very Vanilla and Crushed Curry, sponged the edges, stamped Congratulations with the Chocolate Chip ink on the Very Vanilla piece & layered on the Crushed Curry. Added the two brads, and popped it up with dimensional tape.
I had so much fun making this card, & cutting out the little chickies! It really went together in a snap! TFL!
