A wonderful man passed away this past weekend, and was part of our family thru marriage. He was the pillar of his community with so many accomplishments. I've had the utmost respect for he (and his beloved wife) for the last 25 years. We lost his wife 21 years ago Oct 2nd. He is now with his beloved so we all find comfort with his passing.
Although I have many sympathy cards on the ready, as most of us do, I wanted something a little more personalized. I did not know his favorite passage so I just chose one I liked and thought appropriate. Credit goes to Google search.
Formatted sentiment to fit my panel and printed on 65lb cs. Stamped tree from Altenew Birch Land and used the lighter autumnal shades for the leaves. Added a strip of green cs, and popped this panel up with foam tape. Sympathy sentiment was stamped on vellum with Memento Jet Black.
Thank you for this moment to briefly memorialize this wonderful man and my card.
Bless you all!

We all need these types of cards every once in a while. Your card would be beautifully welcome by your friend's relatives. I'm sure he is being rewarded for being the special person he was!
