This card does not open in the traditional way, it has flip and flop panels that can be designed with either one as the top panel. I cut out all the pieces and layered them up. The bottom layer on both the flip and the flop are folded at one end and secured under the top layer of DSP. I made the fireworks with two stamps from Gorgeous Grunge and the masked off 'sparkler' from the cake stamp in Life's Adventures. I also used the sparkler on the sentiment panel, positioning it at the front of 'Celebrate' as well as in a Real Red circle hidden under the flop panel and on the plain panel on the card base. The fireworks are popped up on dimensionals and some basic rhinestones add a bit of glitz. See the next picture for a peek at the other layers.

What a cool way to open up your card, Eunice! I'll have to learn that folding technique! Using Gorgeous Grunge for your fireworks is a brilliant idea. I love the paper you chose as well! Thanks for sharing it with us at As You See It Challenges!
