A friend at work asked me to make a birthday card for her sister who is a fashion DIVA! I knew I had the perfect stamp from Dina Wakley's Silhouette Women set.
I wanted to give the image a little 'wow' factor - so decided to stamp the image again, cut out the skirt piece and add layers of ribbon and lace to it, tying some wrinkled seam tape around the waist. Then I layered the cut out skirt over the image with foam dots.
The sentiment is computer generated and die cut with a Stitched Speech bubble from Pretty Pink Posh.
I used the colors from Tuesdays Color challenge on the skirt and a loose interpretation of Sketch 571 for today's 600th sketch challenge - using 3 different size panels.
