I made very few cards prior to Christmas due to being ill but as I am a bit better now, I have started making this year's cards whilst I had bits and pieces strewn around my Craft Room and I am still in Christmas-mode. This is also my card for the SCS Ways to Use It Challenge WT562 of Bring on the Bling as I just LOVE blingy Christmas cards - which is why I used silver glitter cardstock, sparkly silver twine and silver sequins. It's very hard to photograph silver so I hope you can see the sparkliness in my card. Please see this link for the details on the Challenge---> WT562 - Bring on the Bling (12/17/15) by cathymac at Splitcoaststampers
There isn't much to the card - pretty simple and quick when you have dies to just pop together. The background embossing is a retired Cuttlebug embossing folder called Kars Snowflake but there are lots of very similar embossing folders that have been released since this ef was retired that you could easily substitute.
The deer/trees is a die by Cottage Cutz - Snow Swept border and I trimmed off a little on both the RHS & LHS to fit my card front. The front snow drift is a die by Impression Obsession - Hill Landscape Layers. The Merry Christmas was diecut from silver glitter cardstock using an Elizabeth die.
The silver glitter cardstock bottom edge was punched using an EK Success Scalloped Scallops border punch.
The silver twine is from my stash. I added Fray Stop to the cut ends to stop them from fraying/unravelling.
Thanks for having a peek at my card!

Fun card! Love the white on white look and it works perfectly with the dies you've used. These larger, Cottage Cut border dies are new to me, and I will definitely check them out because they look fabulous.
Glad to hear you are feeling well enough to participate in a challenge, and to get a jump on next year's Christmas cards. May 2016 be a wonderful year for you!
