For Teresa's Cancer Free challenge , I made a watercolor background using my peerless watercolors on Shizen Professional Grade Watercolor paper. I die cut a stamped flower that I embossed in gold and water colored. I embossed the stem in gold, and then applied a border of antique distress stickles to the border of the flower and the stem. I stamped the top part of the sentiment, and the bottom part of the sentiment I embossed and then stamped over it a little offset to give a shadow. I then layered that on top of a piece Strathmore Watercolor paper that I had previously sprayed with Heidi Swap's Blush Color Shine Spray. This was a difficult one for me, I don't do well with mixed media. I hope my card brings serenity and a message of hope to the recipient.

This is fabulous. Love the flower - it's so unique. The background is great. The sequins add just the right touch. Very nicely done. The sentiment is wonderful for the cause. Thanks for sharing and caring for HYCCT.

Oh my goodness this is so beautifully done. Love the great rich pink color and gold you added and that is just the right amount of sequin sparkle too to not distract from your focal. Thank you for supporting HYCCT!
