I combined today's challenges & to say Thank You to Angie, I cased this card. I went to the middle of your beautiful gallery Angie & loved this one. I purchased a card making magazine to get a free dragonfly stamp & die... now I know why it was free. There is no way the die fits the stamp! So I had to fussy cut. I embossed my panel using the open folder technique - I place the paper on the raised side, cover with the tan mat, then the B plates & roll. It leaves a less deep impression, which I sometimes like better. Using pearlescent paint, I stippled the dragonfly. For Joan's TLC to splatter, I splattered some paint onto the bamboo panel. The dragonfly is on a popdot.
Enjoy your day everyone and...
Thanks for stopping by.

Oh don't you just hate when that happens? :( Your dragonfly is just beautiful though and your splatters look great!

Pretty splatter background and the dragonfly is a beauty. Sorry about the die/stamp situation. Ugh!

Oh, a business woman AND an artist. Sounds like you got monkey business this time, but you overcame. Thanks so much for explaining the embossing. You are dynamite. I love how you "fixed" a problem.
