This is a CASE of this beautiful card done by my friend Kylie. She was the Guest Designer at Time Out last month. I wasn't well enough to play along at the time, but wanted to make sure I CASEd her card once I was back creating.
I made this with a very special person in mind. Peggy (jasonw1) has inspired me with her gorgeous and elegant cards. I wanted to make a feminine and pretty card to celebrate her recent birthday --- Happy Birthday, Peggy!! She has now received her card in the mail, so I'm sharing here.

Gorgeous tag with your beautifully die cut and sponged tulips. Love your dry embossed background and how you tucked your twine under your tag. TFS my friend.

Your gorgeous tulips look more painted than die cut, Loll! I love the detail you added to them, bringing them to life! I love the partial embossing on your background and that delightful tag!

This card is even MORE GORGEOUS IRL! I just loved it and it was such a joy to receive. Those tulips are sponged in such a wonderful way giving them depth and realness! The clever way you put the tails of the Bakers Twine ROCKS! And I love that EF as it reminds me of a fence...This card is just so beautifully designed!
