Well...this was a REAL challenge for me..I love coloring & I love color. But I think these new dies made it a lot easier. The umbrella & clouds/rain will be available 4/1 from ODBD. The Hello is an older release & the background is a Spellbinders die I just bought a week or so ago. The dots reminded me of falling rain.
I chose teal as my color & I figured the aqua is just a lighter shade. Sorry, Anne, about the white card, but all my cards are white. They're printed on the back & since I use a black backdrop, I need the white to define the edges. Anyway, that's my story & I'm sticking to it, lol.
Thanks so much for looking! Closeups are on my blog: The Write Stuff

This is so cute, Julie. I love how the umbrella handle loops through the H. That dot bg sure does look like rain... even though I haven't seen real rain in Southern Calif for a long time. The te tured cs gives this such a nice look.

The white edge is hardly noticeable, Julie, and I wouldn't have seen it had you not mentioned it. That's a wonderful new die cut, and the bg sure reminds me of rain too. Well done, my friend! thanks for playing in the challenge today!
