The IC challenge's site for inspiration is One Kings Lane with thousands of items. I chose this print with its colors that reminded me of many of the Bister colors. I also liked the subject matter. I sprinkled the pigments then misted with lots of water and "hoped" (lot of luck here, IMO) something would turn out. I see a shell, but you can see whatever you wish....the reason I labeled it "Imagine".

I see a shell, too, but after I looked at it long enough, I could see a polar bear with snow in his whiskers! I would love to know how you control the Bisters so well, because this definitely wasn't all luck. Beautiful!

What an incredible pattern you achieved with Bisters!! It's always a gamble but you seem to have such control in creating your backgrounds! I DO see a shell! I love how you created two separate color areas on this, Sallie!

I can see the shell for sure. You definitely have more control over your bisters than I do! But I agree with you - it's often a matter of luck how the bisters turn out. This is a wonderful artsy card!

Fantastic card, Sallie! I saw a shell even before reading your explanation and seeing the inspiration! I need to look into some of the Brushos or Bisters, as I love the different examples I've been seeing!

Like everyone else....I saw the shell before I read your words. This is just another one of your totally fabulous, creative pieces of art you keep decorating the gallery with, Sallie!!!

Yes, It's a Shell, but I also see tentacles reminding me of a starfish-like creature too, Sallie! I imagine that in the very deep ocean waters are interesting creatures just like this Gorgeous one~
