I brushed watercolor paper with water before brushing in some color with Ranger Distress inks, dried it with a heatgun, then added some spritzing - dried it thoroughly before stamping the shoes image. The sentiment has been cut three times and stacked up for a bit of dimension, then adhered to the dark gray card base. Finished off with some sequins - that sequin at the top is aqua too though it appears a completely different colour in the photo.
