To create the background paper, I started out with a piece of 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" piece of mint melody cs and using my stamp-a-ma-jig stamped the lacy flower image using craft white ink. Once the stamping was complete I spritzed the paper with some frost white shimmer mist and then heat set. I trimmed the stamped cs and adhered it to the card base and added the remaining elements.
