This is for KittieÂ’s fun challenge, to find out more join us in the Fan Club.
My favourite cards are the ones that tell a little story just by looking at it, so it is no wonder that Kittie is one of my favourite paper crafters. This is a double stair step card. The fence on the left easily folds back so it can still fit in an envelope. Colouring of little Wendy was done with distress inks and an aquapen. I used Copics on her skin.
The roof is just paper - it looks 3D but it just from a little 6 x 6 paperpad by Kaisercraft, the weathered walls are from the same paper pad.
Thank you for looking and I hope you get dirty and join in the fun!!

I am crazy about your step cards! This one is outstanding and yes, the awning looks 3-D! I love that you fashion your images as needed by creating your own implements, like changing the rake and tomato to a window washing brush! You really are amazing!
Susie, your cards always tell a wonderful story and have so much interest and dimension. I absolutely love this. Thanks so much for making a sample for my challenge.

Oh, Susie, I just LOVE this card! Wow, sis, you just delight me every time I see your designs!!! She's the sweetest lil' window washer I've seen, and what a charming window and house - and even the Mexican tile roof!! Hugs, sis!!
