I created this card for the CASE Study Challenge #194 where Pamela Ho is the Guest Designer this month. I love her awesome birthday card that is to be CASEd. I actually CASEd that card back when she first designed her card. I made mine into an anniversary card with a few minor changes. Hers is way better!
The negative tree was diecut from white c.s. Foam tape was used to attach the white panel to the brown cardbase. The tree trunk was cut several times with brown c.s. to build up that part of the image and the leaves from green c.s. The brown tree images were glued together and placed in the negative slot. The green leaves were stamped with leaf images using the same color green ink then glued and placed inside the negative shape of leaves and remain recessed. Six flowers were punched. Three flowers were molded into buds and three into open flowers. I added a dot of Viva Pearl pen for the centers. The buds and flowers were attached using glue dots. The sentiment was stamped in black. Then the rabbit was punched out of suede cardstock and also a couple of scrap cardstocks then glued together for stability. I popped the rabbit up with 3-M foam tape. He helps to draw your eye down to the sentiment, I think.
Thanks so much for looking!
