"Thinking aloud" to Kathy on the TLC483 Building Block Card challenge thread about not having to use words on the blocks, I thought I should try this out.
I used 12" x 5 1/2" card, scored at 4" and 8", to make a slightly wider card.
I changed the blocks to be square, so the blocks are 1 1/2" each high, and the spaces between them are pretty much 1/4" each.
I cut 6 1 3/8" squares, 3 from watercolour paper on which I stamped the frogs, and 3 from green card which I embossed.
For the front I stamped the frog on watercolour paper, coloured him, added some blue sponging and gesso through drywall tape, sprinkled with glitter and added some water drops with Glossy Accents.
I embossed the front of the card with Quilting from XCut, and sanded it . Frog is layered up on embossed, sponged and heat-embossed green card, and I added Cuttlebug Vintage Corners to finish it off. Not so happy with the front panel but I love how the inside turned out.

Oh this is just so adorable, Sabrina! I guess I will have to try one without words too! But that won't happen today. Got lots to do. Thanks for the fun challenge.

Totally awesome card. What a combination of techniques all coming together to make this cute, cute card. Great choice of stamps for the block card. I like it with pictures instead of words and the colors are perfect. I love the bright red lady bugs. Another fantastic creation, Sabrina.
