This started out easy - I thought. I placed my stencil on white cardstock and applied my NEW Pigment Inks. They wouldn't dry! I went online and looked them up. You can heat emboss with them because they stay wet so long - who knew (I didn't). So I got out my clear embossing powder and heat embossed them. WOW it was bright! O.K. - now I have to tone this whole thing down. I die cut it and dry embossed a piece of Kraft cardstock and went from there. I have a lot to learn about inks!

This is wonderful Priscilla - I LOVE your glorious rainbow embossed panel and the kraft sets it off perfectly. I love 'wet' inks because I can pop on clear EP and away I go - can't waste time watching ink dry ... he he ...
