This is another card for the WT469 challenge "Go Green" to use green on our projects. This has just a little more green than the first one!
This card is for my adult son, because we have had a "frog" thing between us since he was a toddler. The image was stamped on mixed media paper and I sketched a lily pad, lake and hills in the background. I colored the scene with Prismacolor pencils, cut the panel and stamped the greeting word by word. The coloring and all the stamping raised the difficulty level for me, although there are lots of stampers who would probably rate it at level one.
The image panel is matted on black cs and adhered to the green Pebbles cs. I added a green outline to the first "happy birthday" trying to disguise a goof, but I think it added a little balance to the card. And since there was colored pencil dulling the outline of the stamp, I used a black ultra fine pen to trace over it to sharpen it back up.
As always, thanks for looking!

I'd call it a "5" since drawing is involved too! What a great way you did that sentiment! I don't see that happening for me at all. Love that frog too! What a fun card for your son.
