The background is a free Crafty Secrets download. I printed it out twice and cut out some extra bits and flowers to make the sentiment tag, coloured the sweet little girl with copics and cut her out. I made the 3 rolled roses and added a few dots of stickles.

What a wonderful vintage creation, Elizabeth! The doily and that gorgeous background are a perfect setting for your sweet little girl. I know it's all about the roses, but I can't help admiring the pansy - I always think they're such happy-making flowers.
