Hi everyone! Here's my card entry for the WT463 Challenge - Cool or Warm tone palette (depending on your area's weather temps).
Whoa Baby, it's cold outside! I haven't seen these kind of temperatures since we lived in northeastern Maine!
Linda really came up with a unique and fun challenge for us this week. Create a card based on our area's temperature using either cool or warm tones. Our temperature is 10 degrees right now - that's cold for the mid-atlantic states. We usually don't see these kind of temps. The storms usually stay to our south, west, and go northeast. But when we do get it - boy do we get it!
I decided to use a stamp by Inky Antics that I've used before. I stamped my roses twice, colored them, and did some fussy cutting. I colored and cut one extra rose and popped it up at the bottom for some extra dimension. I also used a new die from Memory Box called, Lucienne. Isn't that a lovely die? The card base is white with a light grey panel overlay. I used the die cut on the grey panel, added some ribbon. The roses are popped up with SU Dimensionals. I would classify this card as a CAL (Clean and Layered). Fancy enough, but not to bulky. It will certainly go through the regular post without a problem.
Thank you for sharing your time with me today and taking a peek! Stay warm everyone!

Wow....everything about this card is fabulous. The flowers are amazing - both your coloring and addition of dimension. The placement of the oval with the die cut panel works so well together. Great card.
