This is my project for the MIX41 challenge No Paper Allowed! - You can use a single layer of paper for your cardstock, and that's it. You must have a multi-layer card (at least one additional layer besides the base) and none of the other layers can be paper. Wow, this was hard for me!
Because I used Stickles, I'm also adding it to the MIX40 challenge to use glitter.
The base is white cs with Distress paints daubed on, spread with my finger and touched with a piece of non-slip rubber before the paint dried to give it some texture. I added a double layer of vellum "snow bank" with spray adhesive, then adhered the acetate tree (that had been pounced with alcohol inks), also with spray adhesive. Another vellum snow bank was trimmed to fit beneath the tree, adhered, and Stickles added to both snow banks and the tree.
The snowman, star, and curved borders are chipboard, with the exception of the scarf and hatband, which are fabric. The snowman and border edges were lightly sponged with Colorbox Ice; the rest of the pieces were colored with Sharpies. The snowman is put together with Crafter's Pick adhesive, and I added scrap pieces of chipboard on the back, building the layers until there was a flat area so he would adhere properly. The star, painted over with Stardust pen, is adhered with small pieces of foam tape. I added Stickles to the holly on his hat for a little bit of bling.
The greeting was stamped with Stazon on Shrinky Dink film, die cut and baked. The tiny tag hangs from the snowman's hand by a piece of rough twine.
I almost didn't buy this TH snowman die, but I'm so glad I did. I think he's just adorable!
As always, thanks for looking!

Gorgeous card, love your snowman and all the things you did to get your card made without paper. I just bought that die too so can't wait to give it a try.
