I loved how the bokeh background looked when Lydia did it, so I just had to give it a try. I looked up the definition of bokeh and looked as several examples. It basically is a background that is a little out of focus so that the main image is the focal point. I didn't have an eraser to use for this project so I had to Mcgyver something. I had a hot glue stick on my desk. I thought... hmmm that is about the same size and it should hold ink about the same as an eraser. I really liked how it worked. It cleaned up really well too. I stamped the 3 panels of my telescoping card with the hot glue stick and 3 different shades of green. On my top panel there were a couple of circles that were too bright, so I painted over them with a layer of grey acrylic paint. It added to the distressed feeling. I did the traced doodling on the dandelion from Mark's Finest Papers mini set called Nature's Brushstrokes. The butterfly on the top panel is a Unity butterfly from Here Today, Here Tomorrow. The second butterfly is from MFP set called Daffodil Greetings. the last butterfly is from ODB Don't worry. I doodled with the silver pen around the edges with dots. I really liked how this card turned out.
