I made these tiles for a friend who collects lighthouses.
Per several requests, here are the directions for 'watercoloring' with Sharpies:
I learned how to do it by trial and error, and it took some practice. I wet the end of a qtip with the Stazon cleaner, then pick up the color from the Sharpie, sometimes mixing 2 or 3 different colors. Then I color on the tile. I usually have a practice tile handy until I master the right color mix and shade. Sometimes I re-wet the qtip in the cleaner and keep on coloring. Sometimes I color directly on the tile and blend with the wet qtip. Just play around with it, and you may come up with your own 'way'.
