Still can't seem to put away my Penny Black "Indian Wheel" BG stamp. I just love it!
Today I stamped it on X-Press Blending C/S with Verasamark and embossed with Ranger's Bridal Embossing Tinsel. Then I got out some of my Memento inkpads and sponged the stamped image in shades of yellow, orange and green. Cut it down to the size I wanted and mounted on a scrap of Bazill c/s I had sitting out.
Stamped my focal image and colored with Copic markers. Used my MFT pierced circle dienamic to cut out. Used an SU die and CAS-ual Friday sentiment for my flag. Finished things off by covering my balloons with Glossy Accents.
Hmmm...wonder why, now that the card is all finished, I feel like a nice fruit salad that includes some juicy citrus fruits.
This card also qualifies for 4 of the DTGD13 challenges.
Edited to add: This card looks so cool IRL. But it apparently really hates the camera -- cannot get a worthy picture of it to save myself. Grrrrrrrrr!

Actually I think it is so fun, colorful and glittery. I even could tell you used glossy accents on your bright balloons. I agree, your new wheel looks just awesome and so different than on your Christmas card. Debbie, you are making me want to do EB Resist, which I have not done for awhile. Your BG panel looks absolutely stunning with the EB Resist and your sponging. TFS my friend....

OMG ... I LOVE THIS!! Such great colors ... love the embossed design with your sponging. The image is adorable and your coloring is perfect (as always - you are so talented!!!). Love the glossy accents on the balloons and the sweet banner sentiment. Perfect "Debbie" layout.

I'm so glad you made the CAS favorites thread...I just LOVE your card! The emboss resist background is awesome but your coloring of the adorable kitty is amazing! Great card! Thanks for playing along in the DTGD challenges!
