This card and the hostess bag that I uploaded with it were made for our monthly Cricut get together.
I used a free SVG file that I downloaded from the internet some time ago that is called leaves and butterfly. I used my Sure Cuts A Lot program and cut it on my Cricut.(twice and glued it together for depth) I didnÂ’t like the butterfly that came with it so I used another free SVG file butterfly cut it three times, layered it, and made a wire antennae for it (now that was a lesson in patience at 1:00 in the morningÂ… I dropped about 5 of them before I finally was able to hang on to one long enough to glue it to the butterfly).
For those if you who donÂ’t know what Sure Cuts A Lot is, it is a computer program that when you attach a USB cord to your computer and the Cricut, it allows you to down load (and design) SVG files and then you can cut them on your Cricut (in stead of using your Cricut cartridges for the images). You can get many files for free and you can also pay for more advanced ones.
Other products I used:
Swiss dot EF (are you tired of it yet?)
Simon Says Thinking of you (made by Memory Box)
I used ONCE AGAIN, Star Dust Stickles on the leaves (and the edges of the butterfly which you cannot see in this photo).

Peggy, can you bring your skills and creativity to Connecticut? Or, maybe I will need to travel to you to learn how to digitally design. By the way... I love dots. Don't ever stop using this ef.
