When I raised my children they were to write a thank you before playing or wearing their gifts.
I always had thank you notes ready for them.
I remember my son would write " thanks"and sign his name! My daughter would write a book!
Here's my simple thank you. just cut a piece of DP down added snow twine and tiny red rhinestone stamped and embossed thank you.

You sound like me -- my kids always had to write thank-you notes. Sadly, I don't think they taught THEIR kids the same thing. This is really a cute "thanks for my Christmas gift" card.
