It's been 5 years since I last made these as bookmarks, so it was fun to go for a remake as a tag, when I didn't need to worry about dimension damaging book pages, and could use bling to dress my snowman up a bit.
White card, scraps of Echo Park Winter Park, circle punches, fibres, bling and Swiss Dots to emboss the body part.
Card is 5" high by 2" wide, the hat is a 2" circle cut in half stuck either side of the main piece, with a narrow brim also stuck front and back.
Original design, when I first made them 8 years ago, came from here: http://www.craftsforkids.com/projects/811_1.htm - I made them with my best friend's two kids when I used to look after them.
