I have a dear friend who is Jewish, and I thought I would try my hand at making her a Rosh Hashanah card. I read that eating apples with honey is a tradition, and while I don't have any honey on the card, I got the idea for the three apples from Susan Goetter's OLW91-Thank You card -- http://susangoetter.blogspot.com/201...thank-you.html. In the inside, it says "Wishing you a sweet year". Will it work?

Beautiful! Your coloring is deep and rich (and, yes, thanks for listing the colors...I always make note of them myself for when I want to remake a card.) TFS!
