Well as the story goes: There was Stella who lost her groove---and wanted to be like Lola as the story goes---whatever Lola wants Lola gets. So Stella said I want to do something where everyone sees me and said hmmmmmmm --I will be a cheerleader. And as you can see Stella got her groove back--- she may have lost her shirt but kept her skirt and Got Sam and he is her MAN--LOL
Found the young couple while browsing the Internet and fell in love with them. Colored in with distress inks and colored pencils. Used nestie to cut them out, distressing the edges, put bow on Stella, found cheer leader out fit shrunk it, printed, cut, and touched it up with distress ink, made the pom poms by stamping a little flower--moving a bit each and restamped it and cut out. did stamp the edges of main card with zebra stamp, but does not show up much. The background is one I got to make at the Monroeville Stamp convention this weekend using a series of backgrnd stamps and inks and as they called it, the rock and roll method. Distressed edges of main card. Popped up with pop dots. Made the verse and printed out.

------------------------------ We as people are raindrops of colorful ink , falling down Crisp and Clear, each a different shade more vibrant then the last, but once we realize at the bottom of an endless abyss we all fall into the same inkpot forming one color, only then can we come together as one My son.

What a terrific, personalized card for Alex...down to the cheerleader uniform! Love how the intertwined necks of the giraffes form a heart. Alex is sure to love it.
