It's Memorial Day here in the US - a day to celebrate all of the sacrifices made by our military service men, women, and their families. I created a quick and simple card today, using a new Appetizer set from Gourmet Rubber Stamps called Happy Independence. I really love the fireworks image, and the cluster of stars. I inked up the flag with two different colors and sponged around the edges after stamping, to give it an aged look.
My papers and this fun stamp set (along with a huge selection of other goodies from Gourmet Rubber Stamps) are available over at i {heart} papers!
