Congrats again, Heather. I told you I'd be back, your gallery is full of beautiful sponged scenes. I was inspired by this card A GREY DAY
Heather only had one tree on her card, I have several. I created a simalr winter scene. Added the stars - used a white gel pen and also a Sakura glitter gel pen. Used a different sentiment, added the silver mini brads, layers and sewing. On the base black card I scored three lines around the outside edges of the card using my Scor Pal. Score lines on the corner punch. Image panel is popped up. For the inside = I had a strip of the sponged tree panel left and used that piece to finish the inside card.
I did clear embossed the trees first onto water colour paper and then used my stamp a mag jig to stamp over top to leave a snowy/white shadow. But it did not show up as well as Heathers did.
This works for last weeks and the previous weeks ways to use it challenges, WT373, Distressing - I distress the edges of the black base card and black matting behind the image. WT372 - was to make a monochromatic card.
Thanks for looking,
Hugs..Pat

Oh Pat...I don't even have words. When you case someone, your work brings total honor! This is amazingly beautiful, and so needs a frame! Scoring, and lil silver pearls..... gorgeous, squared! LYMI, Hugs x2!
Stitching? Did I mention how super delish that is? Lol! Love you!
