Whoopsi Daisy has some of the most beautiful images and for such reasonable prices too – I’m not just saying this because I’m on their Design Team either! You can get four images for less than what most digi companies charge for just one, plus right now, they are having a buy one get one free sale! You really should check it out!
I created an easel card using an image from sheet#316. I love this set – I just got it this morning. I used some digi papers from Scrapbooks Gone Digital to paper piece her dress and as the background paper. I used a paper doily and “antiqued” it. I made my own stick pins using some hat pins and beads. The two butterfly charms on the upper right side were actually from a Cookie Lee bracelet I purchased (just especially to use on cards). I cut all the swirly Flourishes using Sizzix Die Flourishes #11. I punched the large butterfly on the lower right side using a Martha Stewart punch. The smaller butterflies were cut using a Sizzix die I got from Stampin’ Up, it is called “Embosslits Beautiful Wins”. I used my Martha Stewart edge punch on the brown strips both on the bottom and the one that is buried on the top half. I used the lower half of a feather under the stick pins and the upper half of a feather under the fan charm on the bottom. The bow on the top right was made using some ribbon I got from Close To My Heart. All the roses came from I Am Roses. The green/white lace is some old lace I came across at a garage sale.
