For today's creation I couldn't help but think of the song "Wildfire" when I saw this new Bronco Stamp set from Heartfelt Creations. It took me in a whole other direction then I am used to going in and it was such fun. I was even able to figure out how to make plain ole brown cardstock look like leather!!!
I created the leather look by embossing brown cardstock and apply glossy accents over it. The flowers were cut on felt with the posy die cut and assemble on a brad.
Supplies Used:
HCPC 3456 - Western Brono PreCut Set
HCD 701 - Posey Patch Die
HCD 714 Decorative Layered Basket Die
Other: Martha Stewart Ribbon Loop Punch Around the Page, Memory Maker Brads, Hemp 20lb Cord, Kaisercraft Sweet Nothings Collection, Brown, Green, & White Cardstock, Rangers Brushed Corduroy Distress ink, Tan Felt, Stazon Timber Brown Ink, Fine Point Sharpie, Hair Spray, Glossy Accents, Cuttlebug Embossing folder, and stardust stickles
Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate your visit. See you in the gallery

Wow - you were right - I totally love this card. That brown "leather" is so awesome - I am going to try it this weekend. I also adore those felt flowers - I am going to get some felt too because I love to pretend I can copy you (that was a rhyme I made up - it is early and I had a little too much coffee already). Wonderful card Carol - you are always full of so many wonderful details and tips!! Love it!!!
