I had to make another stained glass poinsettia card. I am going to upload another one in silver, but I like the gold better.
I stamped the image on transparency sheet with stazon black ink, then glittered from the back with a clear drying glue (or I think you can use crystal effects which dries clear) making sure each color is dry b/f adding the next color. After it all dries, you turn it over and all you can see is the "SPARKLE"! It's like magic! I did adhere the transparency to white card stock for extra support, then cut out and popped the image panel up on dimensionals.
The last one I did, I was asked about how to do this technique. Beate has a tutorial on SCS, but I learned this at a stamp show recently. Here's the link if you are interested:
I used some glitter paper for the top and punched it with the MS embossed Zig Zag Border Punch. Added some glitter beads and embossed the greeting in gold.
These are so fun to make. They take a little time, but they are totally worth it. I've gotten a little better at it since my last one, so it's much faster and better covered than before. I wanted to make a "pink" poinsettia rather than red this time.
Thanks so much for taking the time to look. Off to make more holiday cards.

Stunning card Pamzi - looks just like stained glass! The colors are so pretty on this lovely creation. I think pink is my favorite color for Christmas cards this year. I love this card and can't wait to see the silver one. Thanks for the link, but I am hoping you can borrow Benzi's jet and come here and show me.

Stunning! Hard to say if I like the silver or gold best as they are both sooooooo beautiful. I like your gold zig zag punch and the sparkle is awesome! These make the most awesome Christmas cards ever.
