This is for the SC348 challenge. It's also for my dad's 84th birthday.
I got carried away distressing and distressing and did I meantion distressing??
Wanted to highlight the blue in the bg paper so I added a blue button and a ribbon with a little blue in it.

I love distressed cards! They have such a nice feel about them. I have this dp, and I used it to make an "ugly truck" for a friend. Well, I learned that his wife thought the card was UGLY, but it was suppose to look that way, so I did a good job! Your dad is sure to love his birthday card!

Barb, what a wonderful b'day card for youru Dad. I love the distressed and weathered look of it. When you have lived 84 years, you have "weathered" a lot of life! : ) I like your black/gray/rust color combo with a dash of blue.
