With apologies, this is my card for the CAS....... I feel I must tell you it started out clean and simple, but then took on a life of its own. *sorry* I did, however, use the sketch provided, but I did flip it. If you have to call the CAS police, I understand....really I do.
The TLC this AM is to use newsprint. No matter how I tried (circles, pleated, scalloped etc.), it just didn't work for me.......so here's a single word from the newspaper. (Actually, you're really lucky it's Monday, as we only take the paper on Sunday. The rest of the week it's online!)
I'm taking Mom home tomorrow. If she can drive, she can stay. I think she'd like to be home, and I'm sure by now she's really more sick of us than her original malaise!

You are not alone with your feelings, Anne...I found it difficult to keep it super simple, but this is wonderful and sweet!! Love the touch with the bee and the banner...great details in your card...very nice!!

Anne, this is such a beautiful summery card! That little bee is certainly doing its work. I love it! He, he... I know how those simple designs seem to take off on their own.

How could the CAS police come after you for this pretty card! The flower and bees are too cute - and, after all, one of the bees is pulling a printed word!
