This will probably be my last Valentine this year. I won't have time to send many out, so guess don't need to make any more or save them for next year.
I used this adorable $1 Michael's stamp. I love birds, so this one I thought was really cute. I used markers to color the image: real red, regal rose and soft suede, and I used crystal effects on the red hearts that are part of the stamp and the birds. Dusted a little dazzling diamonds on the birds also. I saw this sentiment stamp at the same time, so for $2 in stamps, I was able to make this card.
My DH recently hung all my nesties on hooks down a whole wall, so now I can see what I have and what nesties would fit into others. It sure has helped me to use my nesties differently.
I used the lacey circle nestie for the image panel and matted it with the blossoms nestie. Popped up the main panel on dimensionals.
Used this pretty sparkly fiber ribbon I had in my stash, added the sentiment and heart gems on the bottom of the card and circling the image panel.
That about does it. Guess I'm all outta lovin'!

Pamzi! All out of lovin'!!! How sad. Especially now that your DH (who so kindly helps you keep track of your nesties) is home again!
But you haven't run dry on the creativity. The only thing that exceeds your Valentine Parade in magnificence is your Christmas Parade. Your beautifully layered cards, with the wonderfully punched borders and exquisitely place die-cuts are always a treat to find in the gallery. I'll stop there Fruitflake so I don't risk setting off another case of Swollen Head Syndrome.
Good thing I can see a tiny glimpse of the inside so I can confirm that there is punching in there or I'd have to contact the Defective Detective. Hugs. RYPH!

As for this card, it's great. Good job with those $1 stamps. Up here they call them $1.50 stamps! I assume those shiny red things are some of the jewels you stole off the crown. They look good on your card. Or, wait a minute.....I'll bet they are spy cameras! And I will likely break down and order those lacy nesties.... Arghhh. Gotta stay out of the gallery.

Adorable love birds on this card. It's great to see this SU paper in action. Love all the heart bling. The Pinking Heart border looks great on the inside.

Birds on the card and Nesties on the wall. Beautiful card with $2 invested in stamps, $70 worth of dies and punchez, and at least $20 in supplies (LOL). Those are some cute love birds and you did them up wonderfully - they look like they cost $15 at least.
I wish my DH would put my Nesties on the wall, but it probably won't happen today. I woke up and didn't have my contacts in, when I looked outside, it looked like there was something with a large head on top of my SUV. I ran to the bedroom and woke him up (and grabbed my glasses). He came to the door with his gun and it was the way the light was shining on the luggage rack....
he didn't have to wake up for 2 more hours so he is not happy with me. Oh well - it really did look like a coyote and I heard a bunch of them the other night. Why a coyote would want to lay on top of my iced up FJ Cruiser I don't know, but it at 4:00 with no contacts it really did look like it.
Anyway, I know you are not out of love!

Please take a picture of the wall mount for your nesties. That sounds like a great idea. Is it magnetic? I have mind in those black folders that are magnetic from Quick Kutz. Expensive to keep buying those folders and you can never find them. Hobby Lobby is usually out.
great card!

Pamzi, I bought that stamp, too. Started to use it last week but it just didn't work for what I was doing. But, I do love it. As you know, I'm a bird lover, too. Hey, I need that sentiment stamp..must have not seen it. I love your awesome card. Glad your hubby got home and made himself useful getting that craft room just the way you need it.
