This is for today's Anything Goes challenge to make an "almost" completely monotone card. The recipe includes white or vanilla CS, a neutral CS, and only one color CS. I went with Crumb Cake and Pacific Point (didn't need a white/vanilla).
The image is by Outlines and I cut out the center part and popped it up on dimensionals. I used a white gel pen, a red marker and blue marker to color in some of the flowers. Attached a couple of felt hearts to the center with velvet ribbon and added a sewing pin.
Accessories: Signo White Gel pen, Prisma Color Crimson Red pen, SU! Pacific Point marker, 1/8" velvet ribbon, felt hearts and pin from Joannes, SU! Pinking Hearts border punch

Anne, Anne, Anne, dah-ling, this is so fabulous! What a grand card you've crafted for the almost monochromatic challenge. Oh wow, this sure steals the show.
