There was a ton of inspiration on this week's Inspiration Challenge site, Pink Taffy Designs. When I saw this plate, I stopped immediately. Did you notice the name on the plate? My grandson is having his second birthday next month, and his name is William. It was a sign!!!
I made it appear like you were looking through a porthole at the whale, and I used Mudd Puddles for the water.

Lois, this is darling. I love the card for William. I can't believe he is turning two already! seems just yesterday you posted his sweet picture. Maybe we need to see a recent one?

I like that porthole with the brads, and I must look up what you used for the water. I never even got to that plate, though I must say I thought I'd had a good look through the boys stuff before I moved into the girls - where I was puzzled by a gift for Big Sister - he will love playing with this, it will keep him busy. I think they must have copied the text from the Big Brother gift!
