This card was created for the MAY10VSNF challenge to incorporate flowers into a project. I just got my new PTI Lily of the Valley set so I was excited to use it. I CASE'd a card from Nichole Heady's blog which was my inspiration for getting this set in the first place... (http://nicholeheady.typepad.com/.a/6...d87e729970b-pi) I just loved the white flowers on the kraft paper & the simplicity of her card. I changed it up a bit by paneling the entire image. I used my colored pencils & tried the gamsol technique for the first time (this technique is awesome!!) I popped up the matted image panel with some dimensionals, added some twine & decided to not add a sentiment. I am going to send this card in my package to Operation Write Home for cards for troops....I figured that they can use it for any occasion. TFL!!
