I made this 12 x 12 scrapbook page for the Artisan Award contest that Stampin' Up holds annually. I didnt win, but I worked very hard on my entries (5 cards, 3 scrapbook pages, 2 3-D projects) so I wanted to share them nonetheless.
I used real red, summer sun, glorious green, green galore, tempting turquoise and black cardstock.
I love the "negative on a page" look! (or at least thats what I call it) Looks like you just threw photo negative on the page and left it. I think its such a cute look and have been using it in my scrapbooking for some time to create an interesting page when I dont have a lot of journaling to do.
fine glitter was used on the chipboard letters.
the Spiral punch was used to make the accents down the side of the black paper.

Great use of the spiral punch to make it look like film. Very creative. I also love the bright colors, mickey's ears for the dot on the eye and the bling really ties it all together.
thanks for sharing
