hi there,
Here is my card for the TLC challenge....childhood memories. When I was little, my mom used to tell us a story about a little bunny who ventured outside the yard and got lost in the forest. I can still picture my mom sitting on the side of the bed telling the story to us....I continued to tell the story to my kids when they were little and sometimes I still tell it to my daycare kids. What a wonderful memory for me as my mom is now gone.
I was inspired by a card recently made by Kristina Werner. I stamped the polka dots using the new HA cling stamp and embossed with white. Cut them out to look like a hill. The sky is sponged using a scalloped nestie. The bunny is from the dollar bin at Michaels, stamped, coloured using the gamsol method, cut out and popped up.
Hope you like it and thanks so much for looking,
Karen
