The challenge was to make a girlie card using no dp. I needed to make a birthday card for a co-worker. It suits her.
I found this stamp image at HL in the clearance bin for $2, thought I would make a card with it. I used the CB circle folder on ruby red cs, then tied black/white polka dot ribbon and tied a red/white polka dot around the other ribbon. I layered the image with basic black, ruby red & white cs and used the slit punch with mini black brads. I also used basic black, ruby red and bliss blue markers for the lady. On her handbag, I changed the words what was on the stamp to Happy Birthday. I also used mini brads on the bottom of the card to finish it off.

What a very cute card Connie! Love all the dots and the way you changed the sentiment on her purse.
