Miss Anne of Anne Ryan sent my sister, Connie Jo9 and myself an image and piece of ribbon. (actually I got two images.) Then she challenged us to use them for our card in the SPUT04 challenge,. This is a challenge she claims my sis came up with.?.?....Anyway, I do this because maybe someday I might win a prize! Ya, like that's going to happen.
So Anne and Sis, here is my submission for the SPUT04 challenge. I took this gorgeous image of Anne's and colored a selected part. Added some ladybugs that were early for the teapot party last week.
I saw this gathered ribbon technique on Stamp TV late one night and gave it a shot. Kind of cool looking don't you think?
Couldn't resist using the extra image, the school bus. Since it was the large version, I scanned it and re-sized it to make it smaller. Colored it and applied diamond glaze. Also added the tiny exhaust puffs.
Well, I hope I win this time. I really never have won anything before. So....PICK ME! Thanks Anne for the challenge which really was a challenge because I don't do elegant that well. As you can see I just had to add a touch of whimsy.......TFL :0)
Hi Sis! ....PICK ME!
Note:
Miss Anne won't be joining us today, seems she is "swimming with the alligators". Well, what ever floats your boat Anne. Just make sure you are quicker then them alligators cause they gots some mighty big snappers!

I cant believe this! I send you a school bus and ribbon, and look what you did to my school! Now who the heck could ride on something that small? What's the purpose of having a bus if you go and shrink it to suit you? When I saw this I just dropped my jaw and laughed outrageously. The things you do to a card just make me roll my eyes, Nutmeg! Did I send you that world traveler image? Yikes, I have no recollection of that. I see you've added a dash of red which is splendid against that black and white stamped border. And just look at what you did with your scrunched ribbon. Well, arent you something? You watch a 4 minute episode of some tv program and that's it. Watch out everyone...when you watch tv I guess you must really pay attention. This is just so fun and so wonderful, Nutmeg! You done good but I would still have to give your sister her own challenge candy. You wouldnt get it anyway. Remember the last challenge she had? you were the one that sent me that fake plastic spa card. Good thing I had enough sense to finally realize it was a real forgery! What a grand card this is.

Sput, I guess you're probably happier than you know what now that I was the judge of this here challenge. Okay, if the truth were really to be know...I would have given the candy to your sister. Yes, I would have, hands down. But, I know who you are: you cheap, ole bag! Why should I encourage your sister with the excitment of being the real winner, when I know you're good for nothing. do I need to say that again? Okay. You are good for nothing, you cheap ole CO bag! I know your kind very well, so I decided to let you win your own challenge. We all know you didnt have any candy anyway. Sometimes, I sit back and wonder how can you go and start these challenges and promise all this good stuff and then walk away when someone actually wins 'em? How do you sleep at night?

Speaking of sleep, that is probably what she is doing right now. She got a little too much fresh air today. She golfed. Can you believe that Anne? ....oh and yes, you did send me two images. That is why I had to down size the bus. Sorry about that. :0)

Lets take a vote.....did Annie Jo start this challenge or did sweet innocent sput!!! In my defense, who sent the ribbon and bus to the other players......hmmm.
Cathy, what a very creative ribbon treatment. you made a very elegant card with a school bus on it. go figure. is there anything you cannot do!!!

CCCI Fruitcake, 1-2DIQ, SP here to save the day:
I see there is a dispute regarding the SPUT challenge. CASE SOLVED (4/4). The SPUT challenge was, in fact, a fictitious challenge made by one Queen Anne of Nothing in order to extort free candy from our precious and sweet SPUT!! I know you're da boss Queen Anne of the Fruitcakes, but the truth is the truth and that's what you hired me for.
Another case solved (5/5): Anne is just mad because she can't carjack (busjack) that little tiny bus with her, well, "weight" issues! After toppling that LARGE bus she took on last time, she's taken aback with this miniature one!! She's like addicted to carjacking buses now, along with all her other addictions. Sad, but true!! So, you can see why she over-reacted like she did. Doubt she could get one toe into this bus. Maybe they should only make "miniature" buses like this one so the children will be safe to go to school. OMG, what if she tries to sit on this miniature bus in retalliation. I don't know where this is headed, but it ain't lookin' good!
2 CASES SOLVED in one comment. See if you can top that one FCI Debzi, 4DIQ!!!!!

All I can really add to this debacle of a card is this:
Once again, we all know that I'm the gal with the 4 digit IQ that is the Chief Inspector Dectective - as well as a profiler.
These Diva's images that Anne Ryan is so partial too -well - in my anyalasis Anne Ryan has a diva complex - a real desire for attention, to be the centre of attention.
To that end I was lately in my local drugstore and I searched out a few Harlequin Romances - bodice rippers, stories of torrid love and the the stuff of rich suitors and tv stars. I think we can resolve the trouble Anne has made on the site if I simply purchase said books and send them off to Anne Ryan - and she can sublimate her desires by reading those books. This way - we should find Anne making nice cute cards - kinda like I do.
My only concern is that Anne might not be able to read through those books- her IQ being a single digit such as it is.
This desire to be in the spotlight is what drives Anne to make up these silly challenges............Somedays - oh that Anne!!
Great job with the card, Kathy!! Very lovely - considering the images you were given!!!! Bravo!!!!
