Happy May Day! I tried a new technique on this card, well new to me. You stamp the image and then you add 2 layers of cardstock and glue them to that image. While the glue is still wet, you cut the image out and then manipulate the image to give it dimension. It is a little hard to see in the photo, but these butterflies are just flying off of the card. You then use crystal effects or a spray enamel to make the image shiny. I didn't have those, but I did have clear fingernail polish. This card is for the stampinb challenge to make a monochromatic card. You can find that challenge here:http://stampinbsdesignteam.blogspot....ay-8-2009.html
What do you think?

Ohhhh, those butterflies are so pretty, MariLynn! Love the monocramatic look, the circle design on the paper adds interest. Nice!
